One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one (1) nad88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. nad88 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, payment method tracking, and other technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nad88 may, at its sole discretion, suspend all accounts associated with the individual, forfeit any balances held across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nad88 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires you to submit a clear, legible copy of one or more of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. nad88 may also request proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash account showing your registered mobile number) and proof of address. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

• nad88 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

• nad88 is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by your payment provider, mobile operator, or banking institution.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 10–20 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Where this is not possible, nad88 may request alternative payment method details subject to additional verification.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. nad88 may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. 5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds. Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. General Betting Rules
